Spanish in origin, the Tempranillo variety is becoming a popular choice for the Australian red wine drinker. It is mostly known for its medium-bodied, savoury charm with fresh tobacco and intense cherry fruits. Fishbone Tempranillo is grown at the Fishbone vineyard in Wilyabrup, where we select small parcels of premium fruit true to the varietal style.
Cherry red with a fine purple rim, this dry, medium-bodied wine combines soft, fluffy tannins with medium intensity of dark cherry and slight tobacco complexity.
