Shipping and Returns
Every order you place is packed with love and care and headed your way as soon as possible. As much as we can, we aim to dispatch orders the next business day after they’ve been made, however the lead time can vary depending on where you live.
Please note that these times may vary due to a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances.
- East coast deliveries: Expect 5 – 7 business days for your box to arrive. These times may vary due to a surge in online orders or unforeseen circumstances.
- West coast deliveries: Expect 2 – 3 business days for your box to arrive. These times may vary due to a surge in online orders or unforeseen circumstances.
- Rural deliveries: Expect 7 – 10 business days for your box to arrive. These times may vary due to a surge in online orders or unforeseen circumstances.
- International deliveries: International delivery will be managed via Seekwine as we have a direct relationship with our overseas family wineries. For any international orders, we’ll be in touch to discuss how it works.
Absolutely. We’ll even include a gift message, if you need it. All we need to do is make sure they’re over 18.
If you think that your order has taken too long or you think that something’s gone wrong with your order, let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get onto it ASAP. But be sure to check with your local post office, take a look at the secret hiding spot in your front garden or check with your neighbour while you wait.
If you’re a Seekwine member, your shipping is FREE, anywhere in Australia. Not a bad deal!
If you’re not a Seekwine member (there’s still time to become one) it’s $9.99 per box.
First of all, ouch. But we understand though – sometimes life gets in the way or you change your mind. We’re usually able to cancel your order within 24 hours of making it. So if you do want to cancel your order, send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do.
However, as we do try and dispatch your wine the very next day after placing your order, it may already have been sent for delivery and out of our control.
We love wine, so we can imagine your dismay if a bottle arrives damaged. If your wine does arrive damaged in any way, let us know by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged and intact box and we will take this up with the delivery company. Once we receive confirmation that the goods arrived damaged, Seekwine will refund or replace the damaged goods for you.
Absolutely not. We’re absolutely transparent about how Seekwine works, so we guarantee that you only buy what you want, when you want it and only pay for the bottles you receive at your door.
Past orders are a great way to find the bottles you’ve loved, so you can get them again. To find your past orders, simply head to your Account, and click the Past Orders button. All the information should be there.
If you’ve already got an order on the way, it may be difficult to redirect it. Getting in touch with Australia Post will be your best bet and they may be able to help you redirect your delivery. Check out their website to find out more about redirecting your package in transit.
