A new addition to the Joseph River range, this sparkling wine is crafted in the traditional method from Chardonnay (87%) and Pinot Noir (13%). Fresh and refined, it opens with delicate white fruit aromas, layered with notes of nougat and subtle nutty biscuit complexity from time on lees.

The Chardonnay was handpicked on 8 February, with the Pinot Noir harvested nine days later. A specialised sparkling yeast was selected for primary fermentation. The base wine was matured on gross lees for seven months in stainless steel before tirage in mid-October 2023, initiating its secondary fermentation in bottle.
