The Harvey River Estate Shiraz offers all the essentials of an Australian Shiraz. Intense blackberry fruit with some spicy complexity supported well by smooth tannins and French oak.

Palate: Ripe and juicy peach fruit early that sits well on the green apple crisp acid. Light infusion of oak provides sufficient texture and complexity.

Bouquet: Vegetative almost savoury nose, also exotic fruits and very subtle toasted oak offers interesting complexity.
Palate: Dry, with balanced acid and tannins. The full complexity of the nose permeates onto the almost oily palate that culminates to a long finish.
After a mild summer, Sauvignon Blanc was harvested with attractive gooseberry and citrus fruit flavours. The wine is dry and very delicate drinking well on its own or with light meals.

Palate: Dry striking crisp green apple acid. Fresh and lively palate with the intensity of citrus, with tropical fruits coming through on the finish.
The Semillon was grown in Harvey and the Sauvignon Blanc from south of Capel. The wine is dry and elegant with clean citrus fruits. The flavour persists to a clean and refreshing finish.
