2014 was another warm year and the final blend was made from 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon. The wine is dry, light and elegant, with clean citrus fruits.
PALATE: Dry with intense citrus fruit on the palate extending to a long dry finish.

2015 yielded another quality vintage in Geographe. The warm growing conditions combined with the gentle maceration of skins during alcoholic fermentation, gives this wine a good intensity of cherry and blackcurrant fruits finished with fine tannins.
PALATE: Dry with a bowl full of cherry and blackcurrant fruits, some spice and French vanilla from the nose extends to the palate. Good intensity and length.

The fruit came from our finest vineyard; the premium free run fraction was separated and vinified, with 20% fermented and matured in new French Oak.
PALATE: Dry intense crisp green apple up front that broadens out with some vanilla and subtle biscuit and toast complexity.
100% Chardonnay – Geographe, Western Australia.
The 2012 vintage was a warm season allowing the fruit to ripen effortlessly to harvest. With additional skin contact on the press this enabled a full flavoured wine, complimented with French and American oak.
PALATE: Dry, tropical fruits and moderate oak complexity through to a long finish.
100% Muscat – Geographe, Western Australia.
A highly delicious very delicate pale pink wine made from a single vineyard of red Muscat grapes grown in Harvey WA.
PALATE: The mild sweetness is very appealing and sits lightly on the palate. The light spritzing offers some zing and finishes somewhat dry with savoury edge.
89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot – Geographe, Western Australia.
Special care is taken from the vineyard to the bottle to produce this terroir-driven Cabernet Sauvignon. It shows beautiful blackcurrant fruit with a full bodied palate.
PALATE: A complex berry and spice palate finishes eloquently with hints of chocolate and truffle.
